On a simplistic level, it can be said that Rav Ovadia usually tries to talk to the masses of "average" Israelis in their own language. Abu Mazen was responsible for the deaths of many Israelis. To say he should "live long and prosper" would be foolish. Almost every Israeli would be happy if retribution was taken on him. Let's hope that the words of Our Teacher bear fruit...
